Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day trial with onboarding support, or a free campaign plan and ad-account health check with no commitment.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fee for self-serve. Managed services are quoted per scope.
What counts as a contact?
A unique lead or customer record in the CRM, regardless of how many channels you message them on.
Do you charge per user?
Not for marketing automation: it is priced by contacts managed. The CRM is free for up to 3 users with basic features; CRM Pro, with email sync, AI chatbot and WhatsApp chat, is ₹999 per user per month.
What does the AI Marketer add-on include?
For ₹1,000 a month on top of your marketing automation licence, the automated campaign creator builds up to 10 performance ads on Google and Meta from a prompt, then monitors them and suggests improvements.
