Our team runs your complete digital marketing.
Strategy, paid media, SEO, social, content, creative, CRM operations and reporting — delivered by a dedicated Clusterzap pod running the AI Marketer on your account.
You get the output of a full in-house marketing team, on one retainer, accountable to one number: qualified pipeline.
Hiring a marketing team takes nine months. Your intake does not wait.
A performance marketer, an SEO specialist, a content writer, a designer, a CRM administrator and someone to hold it together — that is six hires, six salaries and a year before the machine runs.
Managed Services gives you the same functions from day one, as a pod that has run these campaigns for Indian institutions and businesses since 2015, working inside your own Clusterzap account.

One retainer, scoped to what you actually need
Managed Services is quoted per scope, on top of your platform licence. Performance marketing execution is charged at 12% of ad spend; social media management starts at ₹35,000 a month; platform managed services run ₹8,000–₹12,000 a month.
Most engagements start with two or three disciplines and widen once the numbers move. There is no minimum term beyond the first quarter, because a quarter is the shortest honest test of a growth plan.
What clients ask before signing
Do we still need the platform licence?
Yes. We work inside your Clusterzap account, which is what keeps the data, the audiences and the campaign history yours if the engagement ever ends.
Can we take some services and not others?
Yes. The scope is built from the eleven disciplines; most clients start with performance marketing, creative and CRM operations, then add SEO and content.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We are added with account-level permissions and removed when you ask. Nothing is created under our business manager.
How is performance measured?
Against the targets agreed in the quarterly plan — cost per qualified lead, applications or demos, and pipeline value. Those numbers are on the weekly dashboard, not just the monthly review.
Can you work with our existing agency?
Yes, when the split is clean — for example they hold brand and we hold performance. We will tell you plainly if a proposed split will not work.
What does the first month look like?
Audit, plan, build, launch — the four weeks described above. You see the baseline numbers in week one, before any spend changes.
Give us the objective. We will run the marketing.
Thirty minutes is enough to scope it. Bring your target, your budget and your calendar, and we will show you the plan and the team who would deliver it.
